These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Madame M website (www.themadamem.com) and all services offered by The Madame M.

Services & Events
Eligibility for services and events is SINGLE (never married, divorced, widowed or annulled), with educational qualification of Diploma and above. Services are open to Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, and residents of Singapore. Services encompass matchmaking, relationship coaching, and personal profiling. All payment is to be made in full before delivery of services. The Madame M reserves the right to accept or reject any event application at its sole discretion.

Fees
There is no payment required for use of this website. The Madame M reserves the right to implement a membership fee at any time without prior notice. By default, there is no refund for withdrawal from events; refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Content
Users must provide accurate information when engaging with our services. All services are for personal and private use only. Commercial use of any content, service or engagement outcome is not permitted.

Refund Policy
For programmes and coaching, service is deemed delivered upon full payment; there will be no refund. For events, if The Madame M cancels the event, participants will be refunded in full.

No copying, distributing or reproducing of any content, framework, or material from this website or The Madame M engagements is permitted without prior written consent.

Disclaimers
The Madame M is not responsible for any loss, damages, injury, sickness or death directly or indirectly incurred through participation in our services or events.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Madame M’s liability, in all circumstances, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or engagement in question.

Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify The Madame M, its subsidiaries, agents, partners and employees against any claims arising from the user’s use of the services.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

No personal information will be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Standard practices are followed to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of information held by The Madame M.
